E-126/H-100 is a two component, high gloss, water clear, rigid type AB glue epoxy resin adhesive for 3D doming on stickers, name badge, key chain, graphics...


E-126/H-100 forms tough, durable enamel that resists to moisture, solvents, and chemicals. This formulation can be air dried at room or elevated temperature to form a "bubble free" finish.


E-126/H-100 exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including plated metals, glass, plastics, wood, concrete, fabric, etc...

1. How do I mix Fong Yong Epoxy Doming Resin?

     Answer: E-126/H-100 is a pure formula without solvents or dangerous additives. 

                  1) Weigh three parts E-126 and one part H-100( e.g. 15gram E-126 and 5gram H-100).

                  2)  Stir slowly till the mixture becomes clear.

                 3)  Pour slowly items when doming. Allow to cure for at least 12 hours before handling.


2 How long do I have to work with Super Clear resin once it’s mixed?

  Answer: It depends on the volume you mix and the ambient temperature.  Generally you have approximately 20 minutes to work                  with the resin (pot time) before it starts to thicken as it cures. But if you mix larger volume, or the ambient temperature is                  higher, the pot time would be shorter.


3.  Can I store mixed resin and hardener for use later?

    Answer:  No, once your two parts are mixed, you must use it.


4.    What is the shelf life of unmixed  Resin?

      Answer:  You have eight months to use the resin if you store the material properly.  After a period of time, your hardener may                          start to turn slightly yellow, but it  will continue to work with the resin.


5.    Resin not cured or has not fully cured:


1)    Resin was not mixed in the correct ratio of resin to hardener.  Recheck instructions and weigh both parts separately and                 accurately in graduated digital scale.

2)    Resin and hardener were not mixed thoroughly.  While mixing, it is important to scrape the sides of the mixing cups and stir             utensil during the process to make sure the mixture is well blended.

3)     Resin or hardener is past its shelf life.

4)    Resin is poured in a thin layer.  Thin castings will take longer to cure than thicker castings due to overall less heat production.


6.    Pot life of the resin is shorter than expected


1.  Improper resin to hardener ratio.  Do not use more hardener or less resin than recommended.  Having more catalyst than what i      is needed will cause the reaction to heat up quickly and cure faster than normal.

2.  Resin and/or hardener are too warm.  When these are warmer than 75 degrees, pot time is shortened.

3.  The amount of resin and hardener mixed at one time is too large.  The reaction is mass dependent — the more of each item,          the more heat that is produced, the faster the resin heats up and the faster curing takes place.

7. Cured resin has bubbles in it


1.  Be careful when mixing the resin.  The best way to make sure bubbles aren’t in your final casting is to avoid creating them when      mixing the resin.  Carefully and deliberately stir the resin and hardener when mixing, but do not whip it.

2.  The resin has reacted to something included in it.  Make sure all inclusions are sealed with glue or clear tape before including in

3.  Remove bubbles before allowing the casting to cure.  Draw them out with a toothpick or use a heat gun to get bubbles to the          surface.

9. Resin is cured, but surface is tacky


1.  Resin and hardener were not mixed thoroughly enough.  Be sure to mix completely, scraping the sides of the container and stir        utensil while mixing.

2.  Excess humidity.  Run a room dehumidifier during the next casting.
